Thanksgiving Holidays

School and Extended Care will be closed November 26, 27 and 28 for the holidays. Each class will be letting you know how they plan to celebrate Thanksgiving on Tuesday, November 25. There will be no hot lunches on Tuesday, November 25.

Christmas Sign-Up Sheet

Sign-up for Christmas Extended Care begins, November 7 and ends December 5. The sign-up sheet is located at the front entrance.  If your child will need Extended Care during the Christmas holidays, be sure you have signed them up by the deadline.  A child that has not signed up by the deadline will not be admitted on Wednesday, December 17. If you are already paying extended care tuition which is $525.00 per month there will be no extra charges for Christmas Extended Care.  If you are paying for the 12:30 or 3:00 pickup, you will have to pay for each day that you sign up for Christmas Extended Care.  The charges for a 12:30 pickup will be $25.00 per day, 3:15 pickup will be $30.00 per day, or if you choose to pick up after 3:15 the charge will be $35.00 per day.  If you have any questions about this please contact the office.

Kroger Cards

We have $5.00 Kroger cards are available in the office, for those of you that have not purchased one. The initial cost to purchase this card will be credited on the card.  So, your new card will have a balance of $5 and you can go to your local Kroger and add more cash at either the checkout or the service desk.  These cards work like debit cards that are linked to our school. You can write a check, use a debit or credit card to fill up your new Kroger card.  Kroger keeps track of the amounts purchased on the cards that are linked to our school.  Each month our school will receive a check for 5% of the total amount spent by our families.
