Montessori schools are generally secular and do not adhere to specific religious doctrine. The Montessori method focuses on the child's holistic development, emphasizing independence, respect, and a love of learning. While some Montessori schools may incorporate values or teachings inspired by specific cultures or philosophies, they do so in a way that is inclusive and respectful of diverse beliefs. The primary goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development, regardless of their religious backgrounds.
